I really enjoyed reading Monday’s Not Coming. This story was one that kept me interested throughout the entire book. I wanted to keep reading it until I was finished because I just had to find out the ending.
The book is about two girls who are best friends and do everything together. They have been best friends since Grade 1 when they started school. Claudia always goes to her grandmother’s for the summer so she doesn’t get to hang out with Monday for two whole months. They had planned to keep in contact over the summer but Monday had not returned any letters after Claudia had written to Monday. Then when Claudia went back to school she was even more surprised when Monday was not at school. I don’t want to say much more about the plot of the story so will leave it at that.
This book will not disappoint you or leave you hanging. There is a mystery to it so anyone who likes mysteries will enjoy it as well.
